Finally the year is drawing to a close and it’s time to relax and unwind.

Saskia is currently traipsing around India and Sri Lanka (and I’m told, taking lots of food photos for later blog posts) and I’m heading off to the seaside. The blog will be on a bit of a hiatus, but don’t worry there are a million and one (well not quite) posts to be written, including Nonna Val’s spinach and ricotta ravioli, a decadent chocolate mousse cake and David Lebovitz’s chocolate chip cookies. On the eating out side, lots of great places have been visited and are to be blogged, including Attica, Provenance and some wonderful spots I visited on my Tassie trip.

We wish you a very happy and enjoyable Christmas with your family and friends. Have a lovely and safe new years and thanks for all your support in 2010.
