Happy Labour Day Melburnians! Hopefully you are having a relaxing time (perhaps recovering from the storms) but not spending the day gainfully employed.
So the other day I had a bit of a rant about the lack of gluten-free or wheat-free cupcakes in the city. After reading my post, my friend S delivered this little box of deliciousness to me:
It was flourless chocolate and it was good. Dense, moist chocolate cupcake topped with soft, rich, fudgy chocolate frosting. The flakes of chocolate on the top were a little much, but as they say, nothing succeeds like excess. I agree entirely. The GF kids and the normal cupcake eating kids need to head to Little Cupcakes as soon as possible!
Also, on gluten-free cupcakes, since my rant I have also been told that the Crabapple Bakery also does gluten-free cupcakes. Enjoy!
